Drayton Valley/Brazeau County Fire Services' recruitment campaign is underway for part-time/paid on-call members at stations 1, 2 and 3. Anticipated staffing levels for each station are as follows:
- Station 1, Lodgepole: 5 positions;
- Station 2, Breton: 3 positions, and;
- Station 3, Drayton Valley: 15 positions.

Applications are being accepted for the Fall recruitment class until Friday, October 1st, 2010 and should be dropped off at Station 3 in Drayton Valley with attention made to DVBCFS Human Resources.
Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be able to provide a Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract (five (5) year), holding a valid Alberta Class 5 Operator's License.
