We at the fire department would like to remind all drivers to be extra careful when driving in the evening and around the dusk/dawn times. Wildlife is a reality in and around the Drayton Valley area. With the weather warming up the odds of having a chance meeting with our four legged neighbours increases. We urge all on the road to stay focused on driving and keep your vehicle lights clean to assist with vision.

Also please remember to wear your seat belts at all times and follow all manufacturers instructions when using child seats, as these devices have proven to dramatically reduce injuries when properly used.
